Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday May 18, 2011 at 5:00PM EST and ends on Monday September 19, 2011 at 5:00PM EST. To enter, log on to DC50tv.com, click on either the CONTEST link or the DC Lottery Sweepstakes Link and complete the official entry form, submitting your name, age, address, telephone number, and email address. Entrants must use their own name and current residential address. Entries containing technical or electronic reproductions, e-mail entries containing attached files are not eligible and will be rejected. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties or inability to transmit Internet entries. Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsors and will not be returned or acknowledged. Limit one entry per person/e-mail address per week. Multiple entries from the same person on the same day will be disqualified.

2. ENTRY DEADLINE: All entries must be received between 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 and 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, September 18, 2011.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Each Mondays during the Sweepstakes beginning on May 23, 2011 and ending September 19, 2011 one entry will be selected at random from among all entries received and will be declared a Winner, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these rules. Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone provided in the corresponding entry submission. A winner who is determined to be ineligible, cannot be reached by reasonable means within a reasonable amount of time after the drawing, or who otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules shall be disqualified, and another entry will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries until an eligible winner is selected. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZES: Each Winner will each receive ten (10) DC Lottery Dubble Bubble Doubler Scratcher tickets (ARV $50). Information on the tickets is available at www.dclottery.com Prizes are not replaceable if lost or stolen, are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. Only one prize will be awarded per household. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. Winners who have won a prize from Sponsor within the last six months are ineligible and will be disqualified. Once Winner has been selected, he or she or ther immediate family members are inleligible to win any further Prize during this Sweepstakes. Tickets must be claimed by October 13, 2011 or they are forfeited. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Sponsors.

5. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS. Entrants agree Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Sweepstakes and that its decisions are final and binding. Except where prohibited by law, entrants 18 years of age and older agree to allow use of their name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided on entry form, in any medium of communication, including print, Internet, radio and/or television and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes, by Sponsor and/or its affiliates and licensees, without additional compensation. Winners by acceptance of their prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies and affiliates, and each of their employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, or the use of their prize. Sponsor is not responsible for personal injury of anyentrant or Winner winner incurred in connection with the use of their prize. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receiving their prize. Winners assume all applicable tax liability for their prize.

Sponsors are not responsible for changes made to the Prizes being awarded, including any delay, cancellation or postponement of the Prize events, and are under no obligation to provide a substitute prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes or in the announcements of the prizes/prize winners.

Neither the failure of Sponsors to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Official Rules or the failure, delay or omission by Sponsors in exercising any right with respect to any term of these Official Rules, will be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of each Sponsor’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance.

INTERNET: If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in their its discretion, to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion of the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES. Information submitted in Internet entries, including but not limited to entrant's name, address, e-mail address, may be used by Sponsor for marketing, promotional or other purposes. Sweepstakes rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to the laws of the District of Columbia, excluding choice of law provisions.
