1.ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal U.S. residents, physically located and residing in the terrestrial viewing area of the broadcast station, who are twenty one (21) years of age or older as of September 6, 2011. Must be a resident of DC, Maryland or Virginia. Sweepstakes begins on 9/17/11 through 10/15/11. Limit one entry per person. Employees of the broadcast station, Winchester Mystery House, and The Plaza Suites (collectively “Sponsors”), Entertainment Marketing Group, and their respective parent, subsidiaries, agents, partners, affiliate companies, officers, directors, and advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible.

2.TO ENTER: On 9/17/11 through 10/15/11. Sweepstakes entry will be determined by individual participating television stations. Entrants may be required to enter online, or mail in a postcard to the broadcast station for a chance to win one of One (1) Grand Prize or one of thirty (30) Runner-Up Prizes. The broadcast station shall not be responsible for any computer, mailing or phone malfunctions which may prevent a person from participating.

3.SELECTION OF WINNERS: One (1) Grand Prize Winner and thirty (30) Runner-Up Winners (the “Winners”) will be randomly selected by the broadcast station and will be notified at such time as that Winner is determined in accordance with the Promotion Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsors, whose decisions are binding and final.

4. Grand Prize. One (1) lucky sweepstakes entrant will win the Grand Prize, consisting of a trip for two (2) for a three (3) night weekend (Thursday – Sunday) stay at The Plaza Suites in Santa Clara, CA and admission for two (2) to the Winchester Mystery House. Winners and guest will be provided an informational packet, with air travel, departing from the national airport in the participating market/station and returning there from San Jose, CA (approximate market value depends upon where the flight originates.)

Roundtrip coach airfare is provided. Any charges for in-flight beverages, movies, upgrades, flight changes, or other services not provided to coach passengers without additional charge are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winners. No airline mileage bonuses or premiums will be awarded. Tickets issued will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended, and tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be transferred to a third party. No passenger substitutions are allowed. It is the Grand Prize winner’s responsibility to coordinate flight scheduling. In the event there are no available direct flights from the national airport in the participating market/station to San Jose, CA, Entertainment Marketing Group reserves the right to find suitable travel arrangements for the Grand Prize Winners to leave from and return to the closest national airport of the participating market/station.

Hotel accommodations are for three (3) nights, (4) days at The Plaza Suites. Telephone, service bar, in-room movies and other room incidental charges not included in the basic hotel room charge are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winners. Advance reservations are required.

The Grand Prize Winners must travel on the dates specified by Sponsor. This offer is non-transferable and expires October 15, 2012.

8. Runner-Up Prizes. Thirty (30) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded. Runner-Up Prizes consist of Supernatural: The Complete Sixth Season” Blu-ray from Warner Home Video.

9. Prize Details. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. No cash substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except that Entertainment Marketing Group reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or comparable value in the event of prize unavailability. All Runner-Up Prizes will be distributed within thirty days of notification. Return of the prize as undeliverable may result in the disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The Grand Prize Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release Form, publicity waiver, and IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) in order to claim the prize. The travel companions to accompany the Grand Prize winners must have reached his or her twenty-first (21st) birthday as of 9/17/11. The travel companion will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release Form, and publicity waiver. Travel must be completed by October 15, 2012 and all dates are subject to availability. Certain restrictions, which are explained in the prize letter that will be sent to the Grand Prize Winner at the time of notification, will apply. It is the Grand Prize winner’s responsibility to be familiar with any restrictions set forth in the prize letter and winners must travel on the dates specified by Sponsors. 6.WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: The broadcast station will announce the Grand Prize by January 11, 2012. Providing the Grand Prize Winner information for this Promotion will be under the broadcast station corporate authority on behalf of participating in this Promotion with Entertainment Marketing Group. Winners will be notified by e-mail, U.S. mail or telephone within 5 days of the Drawing Date. If a winner cannot be contacted with reasonable diligence (as determined in its sole discretion by Winchester Mystery House) within thirty (30) days of the Drawing Date, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn from the remaining eligible entries until a winner is selected.

7.CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering or accepting a prize in this National Television Sweepstakes, winners agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. GENERAL INFORMATION: This Sweepstakes is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of California. Any disputes will be determined under the laws of the State of California and in the event there is a conflict between the laws of the State of California and the laws of any other jurisdiction, the conflict will be resolved by applying the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
