1. TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older as of Wednesday 01/23/13, and a legal resident of Maryland, Virginia or Washington DC within a 30 mile radius of Washington DC. Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday 01/23/13 at 9:00AM EST and ends on Friday, 02/15/13 11:59 PM EST.

Enter contest online at dc50tv.com between Wednesday 01/23/13 at 9:00AM EST and Friday, 02/15/13 11:59 PM EST. Click on either the CONTEST link or the Win a Weekend in Carrie Bradshaw's Manhattan! Contest link and complete the official entry form, submitting your name, age, address, telephone number, and email address. Entrants must use their own name and current residential address. Entries containing technical or electronic reproductions, e-mail entries containing attached files are not eligible and will be rejected. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the holder of the e-mail account will be deemed the person who submitted the entry. Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Limit one entry per person/e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person/e-mail address will be disqualified. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties or inability to transmit Internet entries. All received entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned.

Grand prize winner will receive an all-expense paid trip to New York City for two (ARV $1600) which includes the following:
Round-trip airfare to New York City (ARV $800)
Accommodations (ARV $600)
Spending money (ARV $200)
5 runner-up winners will each receive a Carrie Diaries gift box (ARV $50)

2. ENTRY DEADLINE: All entries via the online method must be received by 11:59 PM EST on Friday, 02/15/13.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: (1) entry will be selected at random from among all entries received on Friday, February, 15, 2013, and will be declared the Grand Prize winner, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these rules. There will be 5 runner-up winners. Winners will be reached via email. A winner who is determined to be ineligible, cannot be reached by reasonable means within 3 days after the drawing, fails to pick up the prize by the required time, or who otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules shall be disqualified, and another entry will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries until an eligible winner is selected. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received for that particular drawing. 

4. PRIZES: One (1) grand prize winner will receive an all-expense paid trip to New York City for 2. (ARV $1600) Five (5) runner-up winners will each receive a Carrie Diaries gift box.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. Only one prize will be awarded per household. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. Winners who have won a prize from Sponsor within the last six months are ineligible and will be disqualified. Winners may be required to sign a Statement/Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release by a deadline established by Sponsor in order to receive the prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. Only one prize will be awarded per household. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. Winners who have won a prize from Sponsor within the last six months are ineligible and will be disqualified. Winners shall be required to sign a Statement/Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release by a deadline established by Sponsor in order to receive the prize. If the Winner does not fulfill these requirements, or fails to pick-up the prize, the prize may be forfeited.

The Prize is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed, not transferable or redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted for another prize, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, or as provided in these rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the prize.

MISCELLANEOUS

Sponsor is not responsible for changes made to the Prizes being awarded, including any delay, cancellation or postponement of the Prize events, and is under no obligation to provide a substitute prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes or in the announcements of the prizes/prize winners.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsors in connection with these Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions.

5. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS. Entrants agree Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Sweepstakes and that its decisions are final and binding. Except where prohibited by law, entrants 18 years of age and older agree to allow use of their name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided on entry form, in any medium of communication, including print, Internet, radio and/or television and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes, by Sponsor and/or its affiliates and licensees, without additional compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for changes made to the Prizes being awarded, including any delay, cancellation or postponement of the Prize events, and is under no obligation to provide a substitute prize. Winners assume all applicable tax liability for their prize as well as all other costs or expenses not set forth herein, including travel to and from any of the locations set forth herein.

6. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is not open to employees of Sponsor, its parent corporations or their immediate family members, or to employees or immediate family of any of Sponsor’s affiliated companies, licensees, advertising or promotional agencies.

INTERNET: If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in their its discretion, to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion of the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES.
