Sweepstakes begins on Thursday 02/07/13 at 5:00PM EST and ends on Friday, 02/22/13 12:00 PM EST. To enter, log on to DC50tv.com between Thursday 02/07/13 at 5:00PM EST and Friday, 02/22/13 12:00 PM EST, click on either the CONTEST link or the Win Two Tickets to Yasiin Bey a.k.a. MOS DEF Link and complete the official entry form, submitting your name, age, address, telephone number, and email address. Entrants must use their own name and current residential address. Entries containing technical or electronic reproductions, e-mail entries containing attached files are not eligible and will be rejected. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the holder of the e-mail account will be deemed the person who submitted the entry. Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Limit one entry per person/e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person/e-mail address will be disqualified. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties or inability to transmit Internet entries. All received entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned.

2. ENTRY DEADLINE: All entries must be received by 12:00 PM EST on Friday, 02/22/12.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: On Friday, 02/22/13, one (1) entry will be selected at random from among all entries received, and will be declared the winner, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these rules. Winners will be notified by phone provided in the corresponding entry submission. A winner who is determined to be ineligible, cannot be reached by reasonable means within a reasonable amount of time after the drawing, or who otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules shall be disqualified, and another entry will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries until an eligible winner is selected. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZES: One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Yasiin Bey a.k.a. MOS DEF concert on Saturday 03/03/13 @ 8:00pm at 930 Club, 815 V St. NW, Washington, DC (ARV $80). Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. Only one prize will be awarded per household. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. Winners who have won a prize from Sponsor within the last six months are ineligible and will be disqualified. Winners shall be required to pick up the Prize at the 930 Club on the day of the concert concert. Winners shall be required to sign a Statement/Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release by a deadline established by Sponsor in order to receive the prize. If the Winner does not fulfill these requirements, the prize may be forfeited.

5. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS. Entrants agree Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Sweepstakes and that its decisions are final and binding. Except where prohibited by law, entrants 21 years of age and older agree to allow use of their name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided on entry form, in any medium of communication, including print, Internet, radio and/or television and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes, by Sponsor and/or its affiliates and licensees, without additional compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for changes made to the Prizes being awarded, including any delay, cancellation or postponement of the Prize events, and is under no obligation to provide a substitute prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes or in the announcements of the prizes/prize winners. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. Winners by acceptance of their prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies and affiliates, and each of their employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, or the use of their prize. Sponsor is not responsible for personal injury of any prize winner incurred in connection with the use of their prize. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receiving their prize. Winners assume all applicable tax liability for their prize as well as all other costs or expenses not set forth herein, including travel to and from the concert, and any incidentals spent at the concert.

By accepting a prize, Winner agrees to allow Sponsor and their agents and licensees to use their names, voices, photographs, likenesses and any information provided on the entry form, in any medium of communication, including advertising, promotional or other purposes.

6. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is not open to employees of Sponsor, its parent corporations or their immediate family members, or to employees or immediate family of any of Sponsor’s affiliated companies, licensees, advertising or promotional agencies.

INTERNET: If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in their its discretion, to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion of the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES. Information submitted in Internet entries, including but not limited to entrant's name, address, e-mail address, may be used by Sponsor for marketing, promotional or other purposes. Sweepstakes rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to the laws of the District of Columbia, excluding choice of law provisions.
